Welcome to Cyril Jackson Senior Campus (CJSC) a school that caters for a unique student body and a unique approach to secondary schooling.
The Cyril Jackson Senior Campus Board provides strategic oversight, leadership and support to the school in a variety of ways. Board members work hand-in-hand with the school’s staff and the wider community to achieve the best outcomes for CJSC students underpinning student-centric pathways and study programs. Working to the school’s Business Plan, the Board strives to ensure the objectives of the Plan are being met whilst looking for opportunities to further contribute to the ongoing development of the school.
The Board’s membership comprises students elected from the student body, school staff elected by their peers and community members. Community board members are from a variety of backgrounds – the local area, industry, training and further education and community groups and agencies.
Being able to directly hear from, and work with the elected CJSC student representatives, ensures that the CJSC student experience is considered in the Board’s deliberations.
CJSC staff perform an extraordinary role in providing a warm, welcoming, challenging and responsive learning environment for the school’s students; many of whom come from a diverse range of backgrounds and benefit from the unique CJSC approach to learning and teaching.
Our Board members are privileged in playing a role to support successful CJSC student learning programs.
