This year’s hospitality student’s have produced some spectacular festive cakes over the last two weeks!

The students designed and created their own festive masterpieces, learning new skills along the way. They baked their own cakes and learnt the art of working with rolled icing, after some design work, they made their own decorations and assembled them.

Their teacher Cath MacDougall said “What I noticed most when taking pictures of the students with their cakes was the pride they felt. What incredibly, beautiful works of art!”
